A Season of Thanks (and Local Talent!) at the Wakefield Farmers Market

First off, thank you for stopping by the blog today — we’ve been buzzing with excitement as we prepare for one of our favorite events of the year: the Thanksgiving Holiday Market on Saturday, November 22 at Hall Park from 10 AM to 1 PM!

Between coordinating a food drive with the Wakefield Food Pantry, a pet food drive with P.A.W.S., and connecting with our amazing vendors, there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes to make this market extra special.

While our summer season focused on celebrating our incredible food vendors (and yes — there will still be plenty of delicious local goods to enjoy 🥧), this time of year gives us a wonderful opportunity to shine a light on our artisans and makers. The holiday markets are their time to sparkle, and we can’t wait for you to see their creativity in action!

This year’s Thanksgiving Market craft vendors include:

TB’s Dots on Pots – Hand-made pottery and ceramics specializing in functional pieces like bowls, mugs, and plates. Each design draws inspiration from the ocean and intricate mandalas.

Washington Beach Designs – Handcrafted resin earrings, hair clips, and coming this summer: pendants and brooches!

Sasquatch Woodworks – Raw-edge cutting boards, wine bottle holders, and other unique wood creations.

Pottery Lab – One-of-a-kind, handmade ceramics born from playful experimentation with texture, color, and form. No two pieces are ever the same — each reflects a creative exploration of new techniques and styles.

HansMade – The Bag Lady – Eco-friendly beeswax wraps and reusable produce bags made from 100% cotton duck fabrics with cord closures. Say goodbye to plastic and hello to sustainability!

Unique Treasures – Hand-wire-wrapped and beaded serving utensils, glassware, tabletop décor, and other beautifully crafted goods.

Essbee Bath & Body – Handmade bath and body products including solid fragrances, soaps, body polishes, bath salts, milk baths, lip conditioners, and ultra-moisturizing body butters.

A&D Books – Local history books covering Lake Quannapowitt, Breakheart Reservation, Middlesex Fells, Lost Mill Village of Middlesex Fells, and more. A perfect gift for local history lovers!

Whether you’re shopping for the perfect gift, stocking up on local ingredients, or simply soaking up the community spirit, our Thanksgiving Holiday Market has something for everyone.

The market is outdoors — rain, sun, or even snow! ❄️ So bundle up, grab a hot cup of coffee from one of our vendors (more on our farm and food vendors next week!), and support local this holiday season. We can’t wait to see you there!

Stay tuned on our social channels for vendor spotlights, market updates, and sneak peeks of what’s to come!
