Updated: Sep 13

Get ready for another exciting market day at the Wakefield Farmers Market this Saturday, September 14, 2024! We’ll be open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hall Park on Lake Quannapowitt, 468 North Avenue, Wakefield, MA. Come enjoy fresh produce, local goods, delicious food, and plenty of fun activities for the whole family!

A Heartfelt Thanks and a Call for Volunteers 🌿

We were saddened to announce the cancellation of our Biggest Tomato Contest this season due to a shortage of volunteers. As a community-driven market, we rely heavily on the support of dedicated volunteers to help with everything from event planning to market day operations. Without their invaluable contributions, special events like the Tomato Contest and even our regular market days are at risk.

To keep the market thriving and bring back beloved events, we need your help! Whether you can spare an hour or a few, every bit makes a difference in ensuring the future success of the Wakefield Farmers Market. If you love connecting with the community, supporting local vendors, and helping create a vibrant, welcoming space for all, please consider joining our team of volunteers. Your involvement is crucial to keeping our market growing strong!
