It’s hard to believe that this Saturday marks the final Wakefield Farmers Market of the 2025 season. While we’ve had some much-needed rain in the forecast lately, we’re once again feeling lucky — another dazzling, sunny market day is on the horizon!

It’s truly been an incredible season from start to finish. From Opening Day to our Strawberry Festival, Tomato Festival, Harvest Fest, and now our Happy Hauntings Market, every week has been filled with fresh food, smiling faces, and community spirit.

As we wrap up this year, we want to take a moment to say thank you. We’re so grateful for our amazing shoppers, volunteers, vendors, and supporters who make this market such a vibrant part of Wakefield. Your enthusiasm and dedication are what keep our market thriving.

This Saturday is your last chance to shop the market until next season — and your support means more than you know. End-of-season sales help our small, local vendors carry their businesses through the slower winter months.

So please, come stock up on your favorite produce, snacks, beverages, baked goods, and handmade treasures. Take a few minutes to chat with your vendors — ask where they’ll be during the winter, if they sell online, or if they have a storefront you can visit.
