Market Day August 21
Updated: Aug 19, 2021
Join the Wakefield Farmers Market this Saturday, August 21 from 9am to 1pm, 468 North Ave/Hall Park. The forecast looks great, for a change, and we’ve got a lot of great things on tap.
As always, have hula hoops, sidewalk chalk, and jump ropes on hand for kids of all ages. Thanks to the Wakefield Co-operative Bank for sponsoring our kids events this year. Plus, the Magic of Yarrow and his awesome balloon sculpture.
Stop by the Market Manager tent, show you support for the market, and place your order for your very own Wakefield Farmers Market tee! A $25 donation gets you one of our awesome new 100% cotton tees that you can wear proudly, and fashionably too.
The Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham/Wakefield is back with us, sharing info about all their programs, including boating on Lake Quannapowitt.
Welcome my fellow artists from the Arts Collaborative of Wakefield. They will be here sharing information about being part of their next exhibit, SQUARES at the Albion Cultural Exchange in October. Stop by their table and meet a few of the artists, and see how you can be part of this fantastic visual art community.
Live Music this week when The Mark Cataldo Trio returns to Hall Park. A special thanks The Savings Bank for generously sponsoring our Live Music programs supporting local musicians
