Tucked under the big tree by the lake, Healthy Nut has been a familiar and welcome part of the Wakefield Farmers Market for the past three seasons.

Who is Healthy Nut?

Healthy Nut is a woman-owned, Wakefield-based business created by owner Jen Foley. With a lifelong passion for health and nutrition, Jen turned her personal wellness journey into a business focused on making healthy eating easier, more delicious, and more accessible for everyone.

Her mission is simple: to help people choose nourishing foods over heavily processed, high-sugar options, without sacrificing flavor or convenience.
